Our staff are passionate about their jobs and constantly aim to provide the person they support with positive life experiences. Some of our jobs do require previous experience, but often we need people with strong values and the right approach.

Regardless of whether you’ve worked in social care or not, everyone gets to participate on our comprehensive induction programme ensuring that we equip you with all you need to know and more importantly there is a common understanding of our culture and values from the very beginning.

We try our best to get the right match for the person being supported as we know this can make such a difference to a person’s life. We do this by developing a staff matching tool, focussing on the interests and preferences of the person being supported.
