We believe that people with disabilities are entitled to be actively involved in decisions about their lives.
We encourage them to increase their independence by making choices which can include a degree of positive risk taking e.g. travelling independently or getting involved in opportunities for education, work and leisure. To do this we work with the person and involve others who know the person well.
