what the inspectors say

Once an inspection has taken place our approach is to learn from the recommendations, share what we’ve done well and put the necessary actions into place.

Here are some of the things the inspectors said:

  • “We show a positive attitude towards quality through ensuring people we support have opportunity to participate and make decisions.”
  • “Staff are well trained to do their job.”
  • “People are supported to develop their independent living skills and to take part in educational and employment opportunities enabling them to develop and maximize their potential.”
  • “Successful Person Centered Planning.”
  • “Proactive plans are in place to develop services for people who have specialist support needs.”

Our 2014 and 2012 Care and Social Services Inspectorate Wales (CSSIW) reports are now available.  You can find these on the CSSIW website.
