Supporting people to live good lives

We provide support so that people can do the things they love, achieve their goals and live good lives, ensuring that everyone has voice, choice and control - that's the Mirus way.

About Mirus

With 40 years experience as a non-profit support provider in Wales, we promote the rights of disabled people and their families, showing what is possible by removing barriers and challenging perceptions in society.

Our support services are shaped by the people who use them – we listen to and value each person’s unique voice and experiences, creating an environment where everyone feels heard and understood.

We work with others in the community to build networks that encourage people to explore opportunities, discover new interests, develop relationships and enhance their independence.

We are guided by our strong values, and our work has a lasting and positive impact on people’s lives.

Cefnogi pobl i fyw bywydau da

Rydyn ni’n cynnig cymorth fel bod pobl yn gallu gwneud y pethau maen nhw’n caru eu gwneud, cyflawni eu hamcanion a byw bywydau da, gan sicrhau bod gan bawb lais, dewis a rheolaeth. Dyna beth mae Mirus yn ei wneud.

Amdanom Ni

Gyda 40 mlynedd o brofiad fel darparwr cymorth dielw yng Nghymru, rydyn ni’n hyrwyddo hawliau pobl anabl a’u teuluoedd, gan ddangos yr hyn sy’n bosibl drwy ddileu rhwystrau a herio canfyddiadau mewn cymdeithas.

Mae ein gwasanaethau cymorth yn cael eu llunio gan y bobl sy’n eu defnyddio. Rydyn ni’n gwrando ar lais a phrofiadau unigryw pob person ac yn eu gwerthfawrogi, gan greu amgylchedd lle mae pawb yn teimlo eu bod yn cael eu clywed a’u deall.

Rydyn ni’n gweithio gydag eraill yn y gymuned i adeiladu rhwydweithiau sy’n annog pobl i archwilio cyfleoedd, darganfod diddordebau newydd, datblygu perthnasoedd a gwella eu hannibyniaeth.

Cawn ein harwain gan ein gwerthoedd cryf, ac mae ein gwaith yn cael effaith barhaol a chadarnhaol ar fywydau pobl.
