We’re using Mental Health Awareness Week to kickstart our focus on wellbeing and encourage you to connect with nature and connect with yourselves.

Throughout spring and summer we are promoting the 5 Ways To Wellbeing. Every two weeks we will pick one of the 5 themes, and ask you to get involved by sending your stories and pictures to us, using the hashtag #5WaysToWellbeing. We’ll then share those images to inspire others to join in.

We’d love you to share pictures and stories with us through social media. Staff can do this by posting on our mirus main employee group on Facebook – and people we support and volunteers can send their pictures through Facebook messenger to @MirusWales. Please tell us in your message whether we have permission to share on our public social media pages and on our website.
