Get Social Cardiff
- 6:00 pm
‘Get Social’ are our Cardiff social evenings – open to anyone living in Cardiff aged 18 or over with a learning disability. They are supported by our trained volunteer team.
Socials meet twice per week on Mondays 6-8pm and Thursdays 6-8pm alternating with Tuesdays 7-9pm and Wednesdays 6-8pm.
They do activities like walks, bowling, going for meals, minigolf, and any other activities the group would like to try. We are currently running a limited range of activities to help everyone get used to the groups meeting in-person again. All activities are risk assessed to make sure we can do them safely and as time passes we will return to doing a wider range of activities.
For more info and to become a member please contact Rose Waddicor: email@example.com
We also offer online socials via our Facebook Group on alternating Tuesdays 6-7pm and Thursdays 6-7pm. These online socials catch up, play games and have fun.

At mirus, we want to support our employees however we can, and we are using the campaign to raise awareness about a women’s experience of the menopause in the workplace.
