Come along to our Autumn mirus Health & Wellbeing event.

An opportunity to learn more about health & wellbeing, take part in live activities, and connect with others over a cuppa and a sweet treat.

What’s on?

• 12pm – 2pm – Visit the Health & Wellbeing stand – meet local Mental Health Champions, find out about health & wellbeing at mirus and current campaigns.
• 12pm – 1pm – Book a quick health check. Covering blood pressure check, BMI, and hip to waist ratio measurements.
• 1pm – 1:45pm – Live workshop on stress & how we cope. Learn more about stress and useful coping strategies including an introduction into mindfulness in Freshwater East and West.

• Coffee, tea and cakes available for the whole time in the communal kitchen area so you can have time to catch up with colleagues.
