family & friends

Family members and friends are important advocates for the people who receive support from mirus and we recognise the importance of good communication to ensure our service meets the needs of each person.

We develop ‘family plans’ as this helps to establish clear communication and expectations. We use a number of mediums including person centred reviews, visits, one to one meetings with staff and managers, family forums and questionnaires.
