A statement on recent events from our CEO Kirsty Davies-Warner and the team at Mirus:

I am deeply saddened by the hatred, ignorance and bigotry being displayed across the UK. These actions are painful reminders of the work that still needs to be done to create an inclusive society.

At Mirus, we have zero tolerance for such acts, language or behaviour. We stand in solidarity with our Black, Asian and Ethnic Minority colleagues, friends and partners across the sector, as well as everyone who is affected by racism, Isamophobia and violence during this challenging time.

We are working with our staff, managers, the people we support, and our partners to offer support and guidance, and to keep people safe.

Our commitment to diversity and inclusivity is unwavering, and we will continue to advocate for a world where everyone is treated with dignity and respect.
