Cardiff Wellbeing Autumn Walks & Get Togethers

Starting on Friday the 1st October we will be meeting every Friday throughout October. (Then Fridays 8th, 15th, 22nd and 29th October)
Enjoy the Autumn colours of Victoria park with a gentle walk, looking at nature and meeting up with friend, as well as making new ones!

Meet at the park gates – look for the big pink umbrella! After we will head to the Victoria Park pub for a drink and food.

If the weather is bad we will meet at the pub for a catch up with the option of skittle and games.

World Menopause Day 18th October 2021

This is an annual campaign to raise awareness around the menopause, World Menopause Month is an chance for men, women, healthcare professionals and media to work together to raise awareness around the realities of female health, while combating stigma and misinformation.
At mirus, we want to support our employees however we can, and we are using the campaign to raise awareness about a women’s experience of the menopause in the workplace.
