#HealthySelfie returns for summer!

Over the last few months we’ve been exploring the 5 Ways to Wellbeing. Now we’d love to hear from you, about how you’re using one (or more) of the 5 Ways to Wellbeing in your lives.

We’re asking mirus staff, volunteers and people supported to share how they are using the 5 ways in a #HealthySelfie.

The #HealthySelfie challenge was super successful when we ran it a few months ago – and we’re so excited to bring it back so that we can all encourage each other to look after our wellbeing. #HealthySelfie is about sharing our wellbeing goals and successes, but also about encouraging others by sharing our own experiences, hints and tips – and of course sharing your smiley faces in a picture too!

Each week 1 #HealthySelfie photo will be selected as a winner and we will update this article as the winners are announced. Each person picked will also receive a £10 Love2Shop voucher.

So, to get involved, mirus staff members and volunteers can share a #HealthySelfie of you or the people you support doing your bit for your health and wellbeing onto the Employee Facebook Group so others can take inspiration from your efforts and also, find like-minded people with similar passions and interests!
