We’re a Disability Confident employer
Mirus has achieved Disability Confident Committed status, recognising our commitment to creating an inclusive workplace where disability is not a barrier to employment or career development.

Jade brings 19 years of experience working in disability services. During that time, she has developed a strong understanding of people’s lived experiences, as well as the barriers that can affect independence and choice.
She is passionate about strengthening services and helping to shape a future where people with disabilities have more choice and control over their lives.
Jade currently works as Payroll and Financial Services Manager at Dewis Centre for Independent living. Her work focuses on being fair, clear, and making sure that people are listened to, understood and in control of the decisions that affect them.
Jade said:
“Becoming a trustee feels like a natural progression of my long‑standing dedication to the disability sector, and I welcome the opportunity to support the organisation’s mission at a strategic level.”
As a Trustee, Jade wants to offer constructive challenge and support good decision making, helping to make sure that Mirus continues to provide support that works well for people, and helps them to achieve their goals.
Get in touch if you'd like to find out more about the services we provide or if you'd like to work for us.
