We’re pleased to share that internal applicant, Nia, has been appointed as our new Service Desk Technician, joining our new in-house IT Service Desk team from 1st August.
Nia is currently part of our Admin team, and has built strong relationships with team members from across Mirus. Throughout the recruitment process she demonstrated excellent IT knowledge, strong problem solving skills, and a real commitment to supporting others.
Nia said:
“I’ve really enjoyed my time with the Admin team, and have gained so much from working with colleagues across the organisation. This new role feels like an exciting next step in my career, and I’m looking forward to developing new skills, taking on fresh challenges, and continuing to grow professionally.”
Nia’s appointment is part of our wider project to bring our IT Service Desk in-house from 1st September. By building our own team, we’re creating a service that better understands Mirus and the people who work here and are supported by us.
When people move into new positions, it also creates opportunities for others. We’re now recruiting internally for a new Admin team member.

Get in touch if you'd like to find out more about the services we provide or if you'd like to work for us.

We are delighted to welcome Zoe Powell to the Mirus Board of Trustees.
We continuously listen to people and work with them to make the changes that they want to see.
Congratulations to people across Mirus who have shown that they are living our values every day.
