Sasha has demonstrated outstanding dedication, compassion, and teamwork while supporting both a person we support experiencing mental ill-health, and her team members during a particularly challenging period.
She has consistently gone above and beyond, offering invaluable support to the team to ensure continuity of care and the best possible outcomes for the person we support. Her commitment was especially evident when she came into work during her annual leave following an incident, providing much-needed support and reassurance.
Sasha’s selfless approach, professionalism, and genuine passion for supporting others make her an exceptional member of the team, and her efforts have certainly not gone unnoticed.

Kaitlin has gone above & beyond to help a person she supports to find out the details of her father so that she can arrange to have a headstone placed on his grave. Kaitlin has helped the person to contact family in Manchester, who she hasn’t spoken to since she was a young child, to find out details and has planned a trip to Manchester to visit the grave and meet the family who have been helping to arrange things.
Kaitlin really has gone out of her way to make sure this can happen.

Over the last couple of months, Sam has shown courage by stepping outside of his comfort zone, taking ownership of responsibilities, and actively working on accountability, both for himself and within the wider team.
Sam has been spending time mentoring and supporting other team members, sharing his knowledge, encouraging good practice, and helping others develop their confidence. He has shown courage in having honest conversations when needed and is becoming increasingly confident in challenging practice appropriately to ensure we are providing the best possible support.
He approaches challenges with a positive attitude and remains focused on solutions. Whether supporting people through difficult situations, helping other team members, or taking on additional responsibilities, Sam demonstrates resilience and a willingness to learn and grow.
His development over recent months has been great to see. Sam should be proud of the progress he has made, and the positive impact he is having on both the team and the people we support.

Sam has recently spent a few months in hospital following a health scare. Through surgery and ongoing rehabilitation Sam has shown remarkable resilience and strength to pull through and finally return home.
What makes it all the more remarkable is that he remains unchanged in his outlook and character. We are all thrilled to have him home, and are so proud of the fortitude he has shown.

Wendy went above and beyond when organising a Coffee Morning to raise money for MIND. Wendy worked hard advertising the event to ensure the community was aware and used community links to get donations for raffle prizes. This resulted in an excellent turn out!
Well done Wendy!
