Our virtual Better Together events

We love getting together with staff, volunteers, people we support, and their families, but as this isn’t possible at the moment we have created a virtual video event to share with you instead.

Bridgend Celebrating Success

Bridgend celebrating success

You’ll remember that back in March (we know, it seems forever ago!) we held Better Together events in each region that we work. At these events, we celebrated the successes and achievements of our staff, volunteers, and people we support. In this virtual event, we take a look back at some of the events, and as soon as restrictions are relaxed enough for us to get together safely, we’ll pick up where we left off.

We hope you watch to the end of the videos, as some of our staff and people we support tell us about what our REFRESHED VALUES mean to them – and we’re super excited and proud to share this great bit of co-productive work with you.

Each region’s video plays for about 30 minutes, so why not get together with everyone else in your house at a time that suits you all, and enjoy some party snacks on us.

We would love to share pictures of you watching the videos together to our social media pages. If you’re happy to be featured, please post the pictures in the comments or on our employee Facebook groups.

We’ve loved looking back at all the fun we have had when we met up in person, and look forward to the time that we can do so again.

Enjoy!

The Videos:

Please watch the video from the region you work or volunteer in. If you know someone who’d like to watch these videos that doesn’t work for mirus, you can share them using this case-sensitive link: https://bit.ly/mirusBetterTogether2020
