We’re a Disability Confident employer
Mirus has achieved Disability Confident Committed status, recognising our commitment to creating an inclusive workplace where disability is not a barrier to employment or career development.

Some of the people we support are season ticket holders for Swansea City Football Club and the Ospreys or Scarlets rugby clubs. Being a season ticket holder means that they are able to attend every home game of the season – and they love it!
Paul is a very big Swansea City fan and has been a season ticket holder for the past two seasons, and he still goes to every home game that he can. He often goes to the games without support, which he enjoys as it gives him a sense of independence.
Paul recently attended a Swansea City stadium tour, where he was shown around by club legend, Lee Trundle – who also happens to be Paul’s favourite player.

On the tour, Lee shared some memories and stories from his playing days, which Paul loved.
The tour involved visiting areas that are usually off-limits to everyone except the players, backroom staff and officials such as the trophy cabinet and the player’s locker rooms. Paul got to go onto the pitch and sit in the dugout as if he were a real player.
Paul is excited for the season to continue and has mentioned that he would like the opportunity to go and watch more of Swansea City’s away games in the future.
