Round-up of the #SpringForward health & wellbeing competition

To take advantage of easing Covid restrictions, improved weather, new beginnings, and the start of longer days, we asked everyone in mirus to take part in the #SpringForward competition. The competition followed astronomical Spring for those in the know, which was 21st March to 21st June.

There was an incredible response with so many great pictures and stories shared. The campaign allowed people to take inspiration from others for ways to look after their health & wellbeing in small ways, but making a big difference.

Across the campaign, there were 147 photos shared onto our Employee Facebook Group, with 13 winners selected at random every week, across the whole campaign. Our Ceredigion region shared the most photos and posts, leading the way.

Here are some of the wonderful pictures shared.
