#SpringForward competition

Spring is a time for positivity and new beginnings. To celebrate the start of longer days and better weather, staff, volunteers and people supported have been taking part in the #SpringForward competition. They have helped brighten up our Facebook feed and inspire us with ideas of great things to do and places to see in our local communities.

While it hasn’t always been warm, everyone has shared great images and captions telling us about the things they have been doing to celebrate spring, relax, or improve their wellbeing.

There have been over 100 entries so far, with people in Ceredigion sharing the most images. You can see some of the winners images below.

There is still time to enter!

There are no rules to what you can share, and you can enter as many times as you like before 21st June.

The competition is open to mirus staff, volunteers and people supported.

Each week we will pick a winner who has posted their photograph in our ‘mirus main employee Facebook group’ using the hashtag #SpringForward. The winner will receive a £10 Love2Shop voucher.

As this is a staff only group, we’d love you to post on behalf of the people you support, as well as posting your own photos – just remember to include their name and the area they live in!
