Superb feedback for Swansea and NPT

Our staff are incredible!

Our fantastic staff work hard to ensure that the people they support feel included and involved in their communities and empowered to do the things they love, and try new activities. And it’s not just us that think so – we’ve just received fantastic feedback from the Care Inspectorate Wales (CIW) who recently inspected some of our services in Swansea and Neath Port Talbot. 

 

As part of the inspection, CIW spoke with staff, people we support and their relatives and advocates – and the quotes and observations that came back are truly inspiring.

 

We’re grateful to have such wonderful staff and management who are so passionate about ensuring that people have the right support to do the things that they enjoy, and increase their independence.
