We’re a Disability Confident employer
Mirus has achieved Disability Confident Committed status, recognising our commitment to creating an inclusive workplace where disability is not a barrier to employment or career development.

This recognises the strength of our organisation and the commitment of our team members, particularly in areas like collaboration, living our values, and providing person-centred support.
Half of our team members took part in the assessment, giving us a clear and honest review of both our strengths, and the areas where we need to improve.
There’s a lot to build on, and we’re taking this seriously.
We’ll be using what people told us to shape our future, focusing on listening and improving the experience of our team members across Mirus.
Working in care can be tough, but also one of the most rewarding jobs. Supported living is often an overlooked part of that mix, and we are pleased that our team members still feel connected to the difference we want to make for people across Wales.
Thank you to all of our team members who took part in the survey and conversations.

Get in touch if you'd like to find out more about the services we provide or if you'd like to work for us.
