As people are our number one priority we do everything we possibly can to ensure you achieve your maximum potential.

We invest heavily in designing learning interventions, in the form of classroom training, internet based courses, on the job coaching or whatever suits you the best as a learner.

We are proud of our Learning & Development centre accredited with City and Guilds to offer Health and Social Care Diplomas to all operational support staff.

And here’s recent feedback from the City & Guilds inspectorate:

“As always, all quality centre requirements have been maintained across management, internal quality assurance and assessment complying with City and Guilds centre requirements. The learner portfolio's were a pleasure to externally quality assure and the feedback from learner interviews was very positive. This is a result  of you both, for your motivation, commitment  and enthusiasm in relation to the quality provision of training, raising standards within Health and Social Care. I am aware you have experienced many changes over the last 8 years, however these changes have never impacted on the quality of training provided to your learners. Well done another positive report for the 8th year running.”
