New Service Opening in Swansea
25th Jan 2019
Opening in Spring 2019, our new service in Gorseinon, Swansea will comprise of eight purpose built individual flats, and a communal area that the people who live there will use for shared interests and activities. The accommodation has been provided by First Choice Housing Association, who specialise in providing quality housing that helps those who live there to gain independence.
We’re busy recruiting a brand new team to help develop all aspects of the new service, which is focussed on supporting people who have learning disabilities, mental health conditions, or autism, to progress to live independently, and reach their full potential. To help us achieve our aims, we’re working with a Community Connector, who will be working with us to develop community links and support in the local area.
Members of the new team will play a big part in ensuring that support is tailored to the individual needs, goals and aspirations of each person enabling people to achieve positive outcomes and lead fulfilled lives. This new service offers a fantastic opportunity for aspiring Support Workers, Assistant Managers and Managers to be part of these exciting new developments.
