Positive Action Events

It's time to take POSITIVE ACTION!
Throughout March and April, mirus are running Positive Action events around Cardiff, to inform, educate and encourage people to take positive steps to improve their health and wellbeing. The events are free and open to members of the public who live in the local community, and to people that we support even if they don’t live locally. There's no booking required, so just turn up and enjoy!
At the events, you will learn about making positive decisions on topics such as keeping safe, relaxation and mindfulness, healthy eating and physical activity - and we’ll also point you towards other services and activities that are available in the Cardiff and Vale areas.

Events will take place Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays of each week that they are running (week commencing 18th & 25th March, and 1st & 8th April) and will be at the same time and location each week. Details of each location can be found below:
