Our success in delivering person centred support for people is achieved through collaboration – by the creativity and hard work of our team, the involvement of people we support and their families, lasting partnerships with many organisations and not least, the time and expertise of the people who volunteer and support us.
Carers UK estimate that 10.6 million people will take on a caring role in the UK over the next 5 years. Each year however over £1.1 billion in Carers' Allowances goes unclaimed. A new Carers Rights Guide has been issued by Carers UK containing important information on how to get support inclding changes next year to the Care Act.
