What a Trustee does
Trustees guide and support Mirus to stay focused on our vision, values and aims. They help set our strategic direction, work with the senior leadership team, and make sure we are well governed and meet our legal responsibilities.
Above all, Trustees help us to make decisions that support people to live happy, healthy and fulfilled lives, and help us to remain a great place to work.

We’re looking for new Trustees to join our Board.
Our Board of Trustees brings a wide range of experience. We want our Board to reflect the diversity of the communities we work in, and we welcome people from all backgrounds, with varied skills and experiences, and with lived experience of disability.
You don’t need previous Board experience – what matters most is your willingness to contribute, ask thoughtful questions, and help us develop as an organisation.
Most importantly, we’re looking for people who share our values, are curious, creative and imaginative, and want to help shape our future.
