Tailored services that support people to live a good life.

We are a not-for-profit organisation who work in partnership with families and other professionals to deliver high quality support services that empower people.

We support people to think about how they want their life to be; their personal goals and aspirations, ensuring that they have choice and control. We work with each individual to explore and identify opportunities to reach their goals, and extend their independent living skills, interests and experiences.

We know that people have better lives when they are in control and are active members of their local community, and the support we provide is structured in a way that helps people progress.

We review how well people are achieving their personal outcomes by listening to the individual, and people who know them well. We love to share people’s individual stories to inspire others. These unique stories bring outcomes to life, and it’s great to see the progress they have made towards achieving their goals and fulfilling their dreams. You can see some of these stories in our news/success stories section.
