We want our values to be more than just words.
So, we worked together with our staff, volunteers, people we support and their families to turn our shared values into behaviours that we can all recognise.

These behaviours will help us to recognise when someone is truly living by our values, and make sure that everyone within mirus knows what’s expected of them.
Our values were created from input from everyone, they apply to everyone, and they belong to everyone.
