The key to mirus’ success is our people. Sharing strong beliefs is what we do. We are most effective when we work together, respecting and valuing each other’s contribution.

We see everyone as a whole person with families, commitments and interests outside of work. Behaving in this way means we can strike a good home / worklife balance with flexible working arrangements.
Working for mirus provides amazing opportunities and rewarding challenges. There are no limits to how far you can progress. There are exciting career pathways with funded qualifications that staff can choose to follow.
With no two days ever feeling the same, we recognise the demands of the sector we work in, and never expect perfection from our staff, but we live by our guiding values and expect our staff to strive to do the same.
It is really important to us that our staff feel valued, and we do our best to say thank you and support the wellbeing of people in a number of different ways.
We are always so proud of the work of our staff and showcase their achievements at our annual awards ceremony, recognising their commitment to excellence.
We are always looking for new and better ways of doing things. We recognise staff have an important part to play in shaping us, so there are always plenty of opportunities for people to be involved and coming up with ways to improve or make key decisions on big changes.
